Some might think we're a bit crazy, but what else could we do?
Some of my family lives in Chicago and I wanted to see them. So we made the decision to save some bucks and drive across the country- Seattle to Chicago! We knew it would be an adventure, come what may.
So we headed out on Friday, August 6 at 9am. Our goal was to be to Mt. Rushmore the next morning. And we did it. Lots of miles. Lots of snacks. Lots of movies. Lots of naps. Lots of potty stops. Lots of fast food. But we did it. So the following will be more of a photo montage of our trip. Hope you enjoy!
Driving through the night was a mess of legs and pillows. But the kids were all troopers!
And so was Larry!
